crisis,

therapy
is
not
for
you
- seek help from your local ER or crisis center.
If
you
are
struggling
with
violent
impulses
(family
violence,
battering or homicidal thoughts), online therapy is not for you.
If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts or behavior.
If
you
have
a
serious
psychiatric
disorder
and
are
under
the
care of a psychiatrist, online therapy is not appropriate for you.
